G.S.R No. 395 (E). - Modufications to  Hazardous And Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2015, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6, 8 and 25 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), and in supersession of the Hazardous Wastes (Management, Handling and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2008, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government has made these  rules.
